At BigDaddyGG.com, all apparel is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or if you change your mind.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item due to a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us at bigdaddygghelp@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including details and a photo of the defect. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues reported after 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Orders for incorrect sizes, colors, or change of mind are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
